WIN-WIN Online Project Management Meeting Aligns Partners for Next Phase of Implementation

WIN-WIN Online Project Management Meeting Aligns Partners for Next Phase of Implementation

On 14 April 2026 at 13:00 (Amman time), partners of the Erasmus+ WIN-WIN Project convened for an online project management meeting, marking an important milestone as the consortium approaches the first interim reporting period after 18 months of implementation.

The meeting demonstrated strong collaboration and a shared commitment among partners, who aligned their strategic vision, reviewed progress achieved to date, and coordinated the next steps toward the successful submission of the first interim report. Discussions reflected a high level of engagement and professionalism, reinforcing the partnership’s common objective of strengthening cooperation between vocational education and training (VET) institutions and the business sector.

A key focus of the meeting was the preparation of the 3rd Staff International Interactive Training (SIIT3), scheduled to take place in Tabarka, Tunisia, from 18 to 22 May 2026. Partners reviewed the preliminary programme, which will include the introduction of JOBS4ALL Level 3, centred on “Upgrading VET-business” cooperation. The training will address important thematic areas such as SDG roadmapping, green skills development, and entrepreneurship, while also offering study visits and hands-on learning opportunities. The agenda will further include evaluation activities, exchange of best practices, and planning for long-term sustainability of project outcomes. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore and test the WIN-WIN Digital Hub and Mobile Application, developed under the leadership of Technical Engineers for Technology (TET).

Special recognition is extended to Technical Engineers for Technology (TET), represented by Eng. Ahmad Al Banna, Director and Project Manager, and Mr. Rasmi Al Banna, Financial Manager. Their active participation contributed valuable insights regarding digital development, coordination processes, and overall project performance.

Once again, the WIN-WIN partnership demonstrated a strong spirit of cooperation and a shared vision for advancing innovation in VET-business collaboration across regions. With clear direction and continued commitment from all partners, the project is well-positioned to achieve its upcoming milestones, including the successful organisation of SIIT3 in Tunisia and the delivery of the first interim results.
