TET takes part in the WIN-WIN online partner meeting of 28/9/26

Today, TET – Technical Engineers for Technology joined its partners in the WIN-WIN project for an online monitoring meeting. WIN-WIN is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building project in Vocational Education and Training (VET). It brings together ten organisations from Portugal, Belgium, Morocco, Tunisia and Jordan, with one shared goal: to build stronger links between vocational education and the world of work.

TET's team at the meeting

TET was represented by Eng. Ahmad Al Banna, CEO of TET and WIN-WIN Project Manager. As leader of Work Package 3, TET is responsible for developing the WIN-WIN digital training hub and mobile learning app. These are the tools that will make the project's training content available to VET trainers, managers and learners, online and on mobile devices. Eng. Ahmad updated the partners on the progress of the platform and on the next steps towards launching the mobile app.

Mr. Rasmi Al Banna, Financial Manager of TET and of the WIN-WIN project, followed the project's management and financial topics. His work helps ensure that TET's activities stay on track and in line with the project plan.

Main topics discussed

The partners reviewed the progress of the project and agreed on the next steps for the coming semester. They also started preparing the next transnational partner meeting, which will take place in Loures, Portugal, on 10–11 December 2026, hosted by the project coordinator, IPTRANS.

Another important topic was the sharing of best practices from the three Staff International Interactive Trainings (SIITs), held in Amman, Loures and Tabarka. The experience gained by participants will now feed into the local training activities planned in each partner country.

Finally, the partners discussed the next steps for the WIN-WIN digital hub and mobile learning app. Both will play a key role in taking the project's methodology and training content to a wider audience.

Looking ahead

With the meeting in Portugal approaching and work on the app moving forward, the coming months will be an exciting time for WIN-WIN. Stay tuned for news about the launch of the WIN-WIN mobile learning app!
