TET Takes Part in the WIN-WIN Recap SIIT Online Meeting

On Monday, 26 October 2026, TET – Technical Engineers for Technology took part in the WIN-WIN Recap SIIT online meeting, organised under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET project WIN-WIN (101183465). FCB facilitated the meeting, which brought together more than 20 partners and participants from Europe, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia to look back at the three Short-term Intensive International Trainings (SIITs) held in Amman, Loures and Tabarka.
A strong TET team
TET was represented by three members of its team: Eng. Ahmad Al Banna, CEO of TET and WIN-WIN Project Manager; Mr. Rasmi Al Banna, Financial Manager of TET and of the WIN-WIN project; and Eng. Yazeed Issa, from TET’s technical team. Their joint participation reflects TET’s commitment to the project and to building lasting cooperation between vocational education and the world of work..
Four areas of discussion
The meeting focused on four key areas: reflecting on the SIIT experience, strengthening the professional community built during the trainings, debriefing and evaluating the results, and preparing recommendations for local implementation. The discussion built on the answers participants had given to FCB’s preparatory questionnaire a few weeks earlier.
TET’s contribution
The TET team stressed that training must respond to real labour market needs, starting with engaging employers in planning and co-creating training. They highlighted the value of exchanging experiences with partners from different countries, and the inspiring examples of VET–business cooperation seen during the trainings, especially the company visits in Portugal.
Looking ahead, TET underlined the importance of adapting good practices to the Jordanian context, rather than applying them without change. For local implementation, the team proposed three main actions:
establishing structured and continuous partnerships between VET providers and employers;
transferring the SIIT learnings through local cascade training, using the WIN-WIN Methodology and Toolkit;
monitoring results and keeping the cooperation going over time.
TET also presented the WIN-WIN Digital Training Hub and mobile learning app as key tools to keep the SIIT community active and to support continuous professional development for trainers and learners in Jordan.
Looking forward
The meeting confirmed the strong spirit of cooperation within the WIN-WIN partnership. TET warmly thanks FCB for organising and facilitating the session, and all partners for a rich and inspiring exchange. The next step will be the WIN-WIN partner meeting in Loures, Portugal, on 10–11 December 2026.
