Day 4 of WIN-WIN SIIT 3: Entrepreneurship, Evaluation and Future Perspectives

Day 4 of WIN-WIN SIIT 3: Entrepreneurship, Evaluation and Future Perspectives

Day 4 of WIN-WIN SIIT 3 in Tabarka offered a comprehensive and forward-looking programme, combining the third thematic area of JOBS4ALL Level 3 with a strategic reflection on the overall SIIT learning journey.

The morning session, led by Smile and FCB, focused on Area 3.3 – Sense of Initiative and Entrepreneurship. Discussions explored how VET providers can foster entrepreneurial mindsets among learners and trainers, enabling them to become drivers of value creation, innovation and positive change within their professional environments. A collaborative group activity encouraged each partner organisation to present practical examples and experiences from their respective national contexts, enriching the exchange with diverse perspectives and approaches.

In the afternoon, participants engaged in a series of important evaluation and planning activities aimed at consolidating the outcomes of SIIT 1, 2 and 3. Mindshift introduced the “SIIT 1-2-3 Lessons Learned” template and outlined the follow-up actions expected from all participating organisations. FCB then presented the results and conclusions of the pre- and post-evaluation process conducted across the three SIIT programmes, highlighting key achievements and areas for future development.

Another significant milestone of the day was the introduction of the SIIT Best Practices template (D4.1), designed to collect and document the most impactful methodologies, experiences and success stories shared throughout the project. Participants were also informed about the upcoming Recap SIIT online event scheduled for September 2026, which will bring together all SIIT participants to reflect on the project’s long-term learning outcomes and strengthen future collaboration.

Eng. Yazeed Issa, representing Technical Engineers for Technology (TET), actively contributed to the discussions by sharing insights from Jordan’s engineering and technology sector, where entrepreneurial skills and market awareness are becoming increasingly essential. His participation in the lessons-learned activities demonstrated TET’s strong commitment to transforming the WIN-WIN methodology into a sustainable resource for vocational education and training in Jordan.

The day concluded with the official handover of Certificates of Attendance to all participants who successfully completed SIIT 3 – JOBS4ALL Level 3 “Upgrading VET-Business.” The certificates formally recognised five intensive days of training, peer learning and international exchange, celebrating the dedication and professional engagement of all participants.

Day 4 served as both a reflection on the achievements accomplished so far and a forward-looking step toward strengthening entrepreneurship, innovation and cooperation within the VET sector.
