TET Participates in the Opening of WIN-WIN SIIT 3 in Tabarka, Tunisia

Tabarka, 18 May 2026 — The third Staff International Interactive Training (SIIT 3) of the WIN-WIN project (Project No. 101183465, ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET) was officially launched today in Tabarka, Tunisia, hosted by project partners AFMT (Agence de Formation dans les Métiers du Tourisme) and Elemtiez Formation.

SIIT 3 marks the final stage of the project's capacity-building training cycle, which has previously taken place in Belgium (SIIT 1) and Loures, Portugal (SIIT 2). The training is structured around JOBS4ALL Level 3 — "Upgrading VET-business" — the most advanced of the three competency levels developed within the WIN-WIN methodology, aimed at strengthening cooperation between Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers and the business sector.

The opening session included an institutional welcome from the host partners, followed by the presentation of the week's agenda and a structured recap of the previous SIITs, delivered by Mindshift. The introduction to JOBS4ALL Level 3 outlined the learning outcomes and methodological approach that will guide the five-day programme, focusing on advanced strategies for VET-business cooperation, sustainability, and innovation.

TET – Technical Engineers for Technology (Jordan) was represented by Eng. Yazeed Issa, who participated in the opening day and contributed to the initial working sessions. His participation reflects TET's ongoing engagement within the WIN-WIN consortium and the organisation's commitment to fostering knowledge transfer between Jordanian VET stakeholders and their European and Mediterranean counterparts.

The day concluded with a networking dinner hosted by Elemtiez Formation, providing an additional opportunity for informal exchange among consortium members.

Over the coming days, the SIIT 3 programme will continue with thematic sessions, group activities, and study visits, culminating in the collection of inputs for the WIN-WIN methodology and the recording of participant video journals (Deliverable D4.2).
