🚀 WIN-WIN Vibes in Portugal – DAY 3! 🌍

The 3rd day of the 2nd SIIT (Staff International Interactive Training) in Lousã, Portugal, brought an exciting change of scenery — as all partners embarked on an inspirational study visit to Portuguese VET institutions and local businesses! 🏫🏢🇵🇹
On behalf of TET – Technical Engineers for Technology, Eng. Ahmad Al Banna and Eng. Yazeed Issa were actively engaged, gaining valuable insights into how Portugal successfully connects VET providers and the business ecosystem. 🌐💼
This field experience offered real-life examples of VET-business collaboration in action — inspiring partners to reflect on how these models can be adapted and scaled in their own contexts. 🧠✨
The energy, the ideas, the exchanges – simply unforgettable! And the best part? This is just the middle of the road! The remaining days will focus on Local Cascade Learning, sustainability strategies, and a strong wrap-up with certifications and action planning. 💪📘🎓
📸 Stay tuned for more updates and behind-the-scenes snapshots as the WIN-WIN project keeps building bridges between training and employment!
