🌍 WIN-WIN Project – TPM2 Highlights from Tunis! 🇹🇳✨

Our consortium completed the second day of the Transnational Project Meeting (TPM2) in Tunis with great success! After two days of intensive and productive work, reviewing progress across all Work Packages, aligning on KPIs, validating deliverables, and planning the next steps for Semester 3, the partners enjoyed well-deserved team-bonding moments.

Following the closing session, the group took part in a cultural and leisure programme, exploring some of Tunis’ most emblematic sites. This included visits to the AFMT Training Centre, a guided city tour, and, during the optional Saturday programme, a journey through the Bardo Museum, the historic Medina of Tunis, and the picturesque village of Sidi Bou Said.

These shared moments strengthened collaboration, cultural understanding, and team spirit—an essential ingredient for a successful European partnership.
