The gap between what businesses need and what training providers teach is real - and it's growing. 💡

Here's what we're seeing across Southeast Mediterranean countries and Europe:
Companies need workers who can adapt quickly to new technologies
Educational institutions are updating curricula, but change takes time
Meanwhile, young people are caught in between, unsure which skills to invest in
This isn't about pointing fingers. It's about finding solutions together. 🤝
That's why TET Solutions joined the WIN-WIN project as the technology partner, developing the digital training hub and mobile app that connects VET providers and businesses from Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, Belgium, and Portugal. Because when education and industry actually talk to each other - through the right digital platforms - everyone benefits.
The old model of "study for 4 years, work for 40" doesn't work anymore. We need continuous collaboration between those who teach and those who employ, powered by technology that makes learning accessible anytime, anywhere.
What's one change you'd like to see in how we prepare people for tomorrow's jobs?
